In this role, you will be responsible for the successful education strategy, design, execution, and management of all the Client’s training-related needs. The Sales Training Manager is expected to comprehend and communicate the selling model, marketplace, disease state and product-specific materials. You will:

• Create a training agenda, for each learning session, that supports the identified learning objectives
• Manage the live and virtual classroom environments in a manner that allows participants to achieve the learning objectives
• Coach learners during the training process
• Lead the curriculum development for supported brand(s), working closely with key stakeholders, i.e., marketing, sales, etc.
• Oversee the implementation and delivery of all live and virtual training programs, including new hire/backfill training, advanced training, NSMs, POAs, etc.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Pharmaceutical training experience

Desired Requirements:

• MBA or Masters in instructional design
• Pharmaceutical sales and sales management experience; HIV marketplace experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
