MTZ Builds is looking for two motivated Sales Representatives to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This position is responsible for the coordination of projects from the initial proposal stage through to completion.

Sales representatives are responsible for communicating the benefits of a

company's products in order to drive sales. Sales reps serve as the point of

contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range.

of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective

customers while supporting existing clients with information and

assistance that relates to products and services. Qualifications often

include strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a

Bachelor's degree in business or related fields.

Essential Duties:

· Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.

· Work with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met on time.

· Communicate with internal teams regarding project timelines and deliverables on a regular basis.

· Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met on time.

· Manage project delivery dates and timelines.

· Manage project documentation, including but not limited to, blueprints, contracts, and other documents needed for project delivery dates.

· Review deliverable timelines and status reports daily.

· Work with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are delivered on time.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

· Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in person and via email or phone.

· Strong interpersonal skills, both in person and via phone. This position requires strong interpersonal skills in order to interact with a wide variety of individuals at all levels of the organization.

· A strong desire for self-direction, motivation, self-motivation, self-discipline, self-control, self-esteem, self-esteem building skills, problem solving skills, team building skills, and conflict resolution.
