• Exhibit strong negotiation skills, ensuring both the customer and the dealership achieve a mutually beneficial agreement. Work to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Ensure all sales-related paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, streamlining the buying process for customers.
• Keep up with industry trends, market changes, and competitors to remain competitive in the market and provide customers with the most relevant information.
• Expand the customer base through active networking, cultivating repeat business, and leveraging referrals from satisfied customers.

What you’ll get:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Automotive Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
