Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

• Focus on new business development, marketing and customer service
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking and referral relationships

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual with the vision to own and operate their own business
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
