LBR Properties is growing fast and looking for a Property Manager.

Showing apartments to approved apps

Maintain high occupancy rate

Must have at least one year of property management experience.

· Must have real estate license

· Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants

· Monthly Bonus available

· Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials

· Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers

· Stay knowledgeable of the property market status

· Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc)

· Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals

*Rent collection management

* Eviction management

Take applications and direct applicant through the process on CRM. Get income verification, do landlord references and fully complete process.

Make sure ALL properties available and upcoming are on all websites and updated daily.

Marketing/Social Media. Create content and mange story

Update spread sheets

Turn over Management

Move In (pictures & videos)

Other related duties
