State Farm Agent Office Representative Team Member

This position has potential to grow into an account associate.

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Speaking with clients by phone, email, text, and in person
• Scheduling client appointments
• Processing new applications, current policies and payments
• Assisting with general office duties
• Help maintain high retention rate by building strong relationships with existing clients
• Taking on additional higher-level tasks as new skills and knowledge are acquired (like conducting client appointments, policy coverage analysis and evaluation, sales of insurance products and financial services based on customer needs)

Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
• An upbeat, positive, enthusiastic and coachable attitude
• Ability to multi-task, follow-through, follow up, and work effectively with a team
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Excellent writing, speaking and professional communication skills
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Mandarin)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
