· Generate leads and prospect potential buyers for the new development

· Conduct sales presentations, furnished model tours, providing detailed information on features, amenities, and pricing

· Assist clients in making informed decisions by understanding their needs and preferences

· Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring a smooth transaction process

· Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective strategies for promoting the new development

· Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitors' activities

· Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients and outside brokers

Requirements:

· Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in new development projects

· Active real estate license in Florida

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets

· Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations

· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
