RESPONSIBILTIES

This is a developmental position designed to prepare you for further career advancement as an Inside Sales Manager. Your primary responsibility is to acquire sales via phone utilizing a variety of company sources.

• Expand your knowledge of the sales process through mentoring by an Inside Sales Manager
• Work the sales process and exhibit progressive growth in skill set
• Increase understanding of merchant needs and requirements
• Understand customers' needs and create solutions to address them
• Close sales and achieve sales objectives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Education/Experience: HS/GED and 2 years of related experience
• Minimum of two years of sales experience, extensive inside phone sales experience or telemarketing sales
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
