Respond to initial internet inquires using Video, E-mail, phone and text / chat.

• Respond to customers with price quotes and lease payments.
• Manage internet leads from the initial response to the delivery.
• Sell and deliver new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Complete extensive training: manufacture training, Training on different lead sources, Dealership processes, digital retailing.
• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features.
• Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, and other administrative functions.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Maintain factory customer satisfaction standards (CSI)

• 4 days during the week
• One day off during the week
• Work Saturdays
• Off Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
