Full description of the position

We are seeking our next Regional Sales Manager who will drive growth for the Premier ProduceOne brand, products, and people across a diverse set of customers such as restaurants, schools, healthcare, corporate foodservice, catering, and entertainment.

The Cleveland Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the Northeast Ohio Territory.

Objectives of this role

  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
  • Understand consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
  • Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales professionals
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, meeting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and effective pricing
  • Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
  • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships


Responsibilities

  • Execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and market share
  • Meet with potential customers and grow long-term relationships that address their needs
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop training plans
  • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
  • Proactively and confidently resolve customer concerns and issues through sound investigative processes and problem-solving.
