Merchant Industry offers comprehensive services, including credit card processing, dual pricing card processing, cash advance, ISO sales agent programs, industry training, and various equipment solutions such as POS systems, terminals, and virtual gateway equipment.

We are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business relationships for our Swipe4Free product. Swipe4Free is a credit card processing platform that offers dual pricing to eliminate credit card processing fees. Prior merchant processing experience is not necessary. We offer paid training and provide warm leads!

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and warm leads from business owners requesting information about products and services (terminal, POS, payment processing).
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and qualify leads.
• Identify decision makers, understand their needs and identify pain points in payment processing.
• Make recommendations on our products and services.
• Manage full cycle sales process from initial call to close.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk/Underwriting and Technical Support.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• 1+ year sales experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CRM preferred.
• Coachable and self-motivated.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

This position offers a salary within the range of USD $20.00-25.00 per hour, plus uncapped monthly bonuses and residuals. Comprehensive benefits package includes:
