Responsibilities:

• Initiating and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients
• Taking clients through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and demonstrations
• Negotiating deals with clients
• Accurately logging activities on the internal lead/client relations management (CRM) system
• Maintaining a thorough product knowledge of the entire brand lineup
• Personally delivering sold vehicles to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
• Conducting personal/business development and networking activities to generate sales

Compensations and Benefits:

• 40% Commission and bonuses - top performers earn up to $90,000 their first year
• Commission-based income based on your abilities to sell and grow a portfolio of clientele
• Ongoing training both online and face to face with our in house training director, sales managers, as well as through corporate sponsored training events

Requirements:

· Must be 18 years of age or older.

· Able to pass a drug screening and background check.

· Have valid driver's license with no major traffic violations.

· 1 year prior sales or related field experience required.

· High school diploma or GED equivalent.

· Must have adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
