EARNING POTENTIAL up to 15K MONTHLY

This position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.17 and $16.17. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

SUMMARY:

Responds to Internet customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on Internet sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email, or in person.

Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.

Sells/leases and delivers a minimum units per month..

Assists customers in selecting vehicles..

Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally.

Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.

Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.

Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.

Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.

Attends sales meetings.

Maintains professional appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).

Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

Ability to multi-task.

Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time.

Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
