You MUST have previous hardware retail experience or construction/handyman experience. Bilingual - Spanish/English is a PLUS

Compensation is $17-$19 per hour, based on skills and experience, plus incentive opportunities. Also offer parking / public transportation reimbursement. This is a Part Time position 25-30 hours per week. Must be available during open hours on weekdays (7:30am - 7:30pm), and at least one weekend shift per week.

Sales Associates will be responsible for offering helpful solutions to customers home maintenance and improvement needs. You will be expected to increase sales. Some of your tasks will include cleaning and maintaining displays; building your sales skills and product knowledge through training; and maintaining safety, security and business integrity.

Previous hardware retail/construction/handyman experience REQUIRED
Must be available for weekdays and weekends
Professional in appearance and actions
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good computer skills
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift 50lbs
Bilingual - Spanish/English is a PLUS, but not required
High School or GED equivalent required.
Background check will be required prior to hire
