Complete Welders Supply is a family owned and operated company that services the Napa Valley and surrounding areas with compressed gases and welding equipment. Are you a people person? We want you, the Inside Sales works with customers in identifying product needs, creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Essential Job Functions:

The essential functions of the position include but are not limited to the following:

· Complete overall sales and customer service duties for walk-in customers.

· Set up showroom product displays, stock shelves and maintain general condition of the showroom.

· Provide effective internal telephone customer sales and service

· Answer incoming phone calls and create orders in TIMS as needed

· Assist walk-in customers with sales of equipment and cylinders

· Available to work weekends or overtime as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

· High school graduate or equivalent experience

· Strong mechanical aptitude

Exhibit a willingness to serve the customer in a professional manner

Physical Effort

· Normal physical mobility and agility (reach above the head, bend or stoop)

· Normal physical strength to handle

· Normal physical ability to sit or to type for various durations of time

· Normal dexterity of hands and fingers

· Normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot

Use of computer, copier and telephone frequently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
