Copia Resources Inc. is seeking a highly-skilled Account Manager in our San Ramon, CA Headquarters office to assist with all aspects of maintaining and growing existing relationships with our clients. We are looking for an energetic, passionate professional with strong people skills. Working hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday in our San Ramon, CA office. This is not a remote position.

The successful candidate will be a critical thinker who is proactive and can take a strategic perspective while also being hands-on and detail-oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow relationships with portfolio clients
• In-person property inspections to determine quality assurance.
• Packaging contract deals and presenting them to clients.
• Working with existing clients and leveraging relationships to get new properties to propose services.
• Handle communication between our office, clients, haulers, and our field employees.
• Email clients and ensure their needs are being met, along with the company's vision.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience or account management in an office setting
• Must be tech savvy and efficient working with computers - Mac use preferred.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Office)
• High verbal and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive and fast-paced self-starter
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM in San Ramon (Also must be available to work some major holidays)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while working on multiple projects
• Ability to travel

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
