California Custom Trailers and Powersports and Bobcat of Paso Robles is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans tailored to the powersports industry, aimed at achieving company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitors' activities within the powersports sector
- Create and manage innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising, with a focus on powersports enthusiasts and potential buyers
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities through effective lead generation strategies, specifically catering to the powersports market
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals that resonate with powersports consumers
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics within the powersports industry to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay updated on powersports trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business growth within the industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key powersports customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Represent the company at powersports industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the powersports industry or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques specific to the powersports market
- Passion for and knowledge of the powersports industry, including motorcycles, ATVs, , personal watercraft, and related accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns within the powersports sector
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with an emphasis on targeting powersports enthusiasts
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights within the powersports market
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to travel as required to powersports events and industry trade shows

Job Type: Full-time
Shop hours: Monday-Saturday 9AM-5:30PM
Work hours: TBD

Compensation: Base + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
