About TC Facility Services:
We are a full-service commercial and industrial painting, coating and cleaning company. Our services include preparation & installation of epoxy floors, indoor/outdoor painting, and cleaning.
The Sales/Project Manager’s primary role is to expand TC Facility Services market share through new business development, support/grow existing clients and ensuring the resources needed to support new and existing clients by providing full end-to-end customer sales and account management. The position is accountable for nurturing relationships to grow revenues through new and existing customers. Candidates must be flexible in order to perform sales duties, as well as be a "hands-on" Project Manager at job sites. We are looking for a well-rounded individual who possesses sales, painting/coating experience, and the ability to operate tools/equipment. The sales and project management position goes hand-in-hand.
Salary starts at $55k/year *(DOE) with additional commission and bonus income.
Job Requirements
- 2 Year's Experience Preferred

Duties and Responsibilities
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and continuing business relationships.
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients.
- Evaluate options and resolve internal priorities.
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Establishes service levels and requirements for their contracted jobs.
- Coordinate between colleagues and departments resources and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Develops and implements methods to record, assess, and analyze customer feedback.
- Identifies and recommends or acquires updates and expansions to technology, equipment, and policies that may improve customer service and retention. .
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
