POSITION TITLE: Sales Account Executive- Wireline
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

ADB is seeking a Sales Account Executive- Wireline to consult with customers and partners to identify, develop, and win opportunities. This position will leverage expertise to develop solutions for customers and partners along with accurate pricing, documentation, and product selection to enable successful implementation resulting in the delight of customers. This role is primarily customer-facing and promotes the organization to achieve defined sales goals. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled salesperson, focuses on new sales and customer retention, will have a strong belief in the safety and well-being of team members, as well as a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively identify and engage key contacts in new and existing accounts to maximize the organization’s sales performance
- Researches and identifies new market and vertical opportunities
- Have a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and the functionality to effectively communicate proposal details and answer client questions
- Engage Subject Matter Experts for more detailed or high-visibility proposals and customer meetings
- Update opportunities and related account information in the organization’s chosen CRM system (SalesForce) as close to real-time as possible.
- Lead presentations, workshops, and consulting sessions with customers and partners
- Produce documentation including customer/client needs analysis, site specific surveys, and all artifacts necessary to clearly document customer expectations and intended implementation designs and approaches, facilitating a seamless transition from sales to the implementation teams
- Set written expectations with customers that are aligned with the organization’s leadership and implementation teams, that supports their defined goals for project margin
- Represent the partner’s expectations and priorities to the organization and continue engagement through the life of the project as needed
- Maintain a modern and ongoing understanding of solutions, features, products, and industry developments
- Work closely with the organization’s marketing and social media development teams to produce promotional content for a variety of mediums
- Represent the organization in the best possible light, maintaining optimism and championing successful outcomes for the organization and its partners
- Consistently achieve defined performance goals as measured on the yearly division scorecard
- Performs other duties as assigned by leadership

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/fax, and smartphones
- Must be willing to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
- Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humidity and rain through the year
- When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 5+ years of business development experience, presales, or consulting services is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
