Job Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative will sell products and services offered by the company to current and new clientele.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintain relationships with current and potential clients in and around the market
• Work with other Sales Reps and Sales Manager to ensure maximum market penetration at best possible price, making every effort to develop strategies for growth in new markets and customers.
• Review, discuss, and present proposals and pricing with team members and clients
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Identify and resolve client concerns and issues
• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with Logistics and Operations personnel
• Regular attendance at the worksite or assigned work location

• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill
• Industry Knowledge – basic knowledge of how customers use our products

• Ability to read, write, and figure mathematical calculations to verify concrete quantities

• Reliability – Self starter with excellent planning and time management skills

• Sales and negotiation skills.

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong knowledge of local and rural geographic areas

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Driver's License (Required)

Education and Experience:

• At least two years of related experience required.
