Full description of the position
JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing & Business Development Executive will have executive oversight of business development activities including marketing, retention, and sales. Develops, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of the Marketing, Sales, and Business development for CommunityCare of Oklahoma. Directly responsible for the performance of all departmental functions, including Commercial Marketing, Medicare Marketing, Individual Marketing, ASO (self-funded) and other lines of business as developed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish policies and procedures to advance the corporate strategic plan of increasing overall value of CommunityCare.- In conjunction with the Senior Vice President & COO, the Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Directors, and in consideration of the organizations strategic plan, develop overall business development strategy. Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities within and across market segments. Develop marketing approach to position CommunityCare products within market. Incent and enable sales consistent with corporate objectives.
- Represent the CommunityCare brand within its service area to key members of the business community. Develop overall marketing strategy planning in a multiple product line environment to increase market share for company products. Represent business development function within corporate committees. Overall responsibility for business development activities including, internal and external product distribution, individual and organizational sales targets, and planning of activities and resources.
- Ability to interact with key stakeholders to advance corporate objectives. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree required.
- Current state and federal licenses and certifications required for sales of CommunityCare products preferred. Current Life and Health agentslicense for the State of Oklahoma must be in force at all times.
