Job Summary

Hammitt Los Angeles is seeking a highly experienced key holder to help lead our Manhattan Beach retail store. We are looking for a go getter; an individual who has proven experience surpassing sales goals in the ever-changing retail environment. The key objective of this position is to exponentially grow the business, develop team members who will go above and beyond and build long-lasting customer relations.

Your Role

• Demonstrate exceptional team leadership
• Maintain up to date knowledge about industry trends and competitors
• Increase store traffic and optimize profitability
• Provide and maintain outstanding visual merchandising displays
• Utilize storytelling ability to garner new customers and maintain current customer loyalty
• Develop strategic and measurable goals to accelerate pipeline

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 2 years in sales management
• Bachelor’s degree
• Shopify and Netsuite experience (not required, but a plus!)
• Ability to multi-task and successfully manage sales team
• Innovative thinker with a flair for problem-solving and an abundance of creativity
• Positive attitude! Enthusiasm for Hammitt, our customers, and selling!
