Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new leads and close sales by building strong relationships with potential clients. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong sales background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing leads, closing sales, and achieving revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to align sales efforts and enhance the customer experience.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and build a network of potential clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and overcome objections.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales cycle.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technology.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and a dynamic sales environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
