Now Hiring - OrthAlign - Customer Account Specialist in Aliso Viejo, CA

OrthAlign, Inc., a Smart Technologies, growing medical device company, has an immediate opening for a Customer Account Specialist in our Customer Service Department. This role manages the complete sales order entry process and serves as the primary internal contact for OrthAlign customers, Sales Team members and distributors within specific territories. The position is also responsible for pulling and distributing monthly reports, following-up with customers to resolve outstanding issues and providing support in other territories as needed to ensure all orders and shipments are completed on a daily basis.

You will:

• Process all domestic shipment requests, including Direct Orders, CSIRs and replacements for lost instruments. Includes input into Expandable and communication via email and phone.
• Process Delivered Order Forms (DOF) and match bill only POs. Includes input into Expandable, use of Excel, and communication via email and phone.
• Process Domestic Customer Experience Report (CER) forms, warranty replacement orders, and RMAs to return failed product.
• Perform follow-up on problem DOFs and purchase orders (POs) and other missing information in a timely manner.
• Provide Monthly Pending PO reports to distributor and ensure commission deductions and reversals are completed on time.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone call. Complete customer requests with timeliness, tact, and clear communication.

You need:

• Experience in a general office/business environment of at least 1 year
  
• Preferably a BS/BA degree
• Strong proficiency using MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)
• ŸExcellent written and verbal communication skills Ÿ

• ŸAbility to work as a collaborative team member as well as independently
• ŸExcellent attention to detail, producing high quality output appropriate to broader context Ÿ

• ŸKnowledge and basic understanding of an ERP system (preferred) Ÿ
• Knowledge or experience with consigned inventory preferred
