Now Hiring - Retail Sales Associate in Eagle River, WI

Nelson's Ace Hardware is a local family owned hardware store in Eagle River, WI. We are currently looking for full time Sales Associates to join our team. Knowledge in areas of plumbing, heating and electrical would be preferred. The Sales Associate acts as a point of contact for our customers. The duties of the Sales Associate include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, filling propane, stocking merchandise, cleaning and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.

Pay is based on experience. Shifts vary. Weekends are required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service
• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist with finding items on their list
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
• Detail oriented, multi-tasker, and organized
• Prior retail experience is preferred, but not required
