As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in leveraging your product knowledge to connect with consumers and generate sales for our company. This includes developing compelling sales pitches, engaging with sales leads through cold calls and inbound inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent our brands to the best of your ability, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Process orders efficiently and ensure prompt payment collection.
  • Actively participate in weekly sales pipeline meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Attend expos, vendor days, and engage in quarterly travel to expand brand presence.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of sources to identify new sales leads.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products and services accordingly.
  • Demonstrate product functions and utility based on customer needs.
  • Provide ongoing communication and relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction, resolving any post-sale issues.
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Provide periodic sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
  • Target, qualify, and pursue leads in alignment with the company's sales strategy and techniques.
  • Keep an accurate log of all scheduled and completed meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Close sales by establishing rapport with potential clients, overcoming objections, and accurately explaining products.

In addition to these responsibilities, we value the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience (preferably 5 years) in sales.
  • Preferred experience in the Cannabis/CBD/Wellness Products industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM Software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Accountability in meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Hemp CBD products.
  • Organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and outgoing personality.
  • Openness to training and personal development.
  • Proven track record of success in selling within a competitive and growing market.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
