APS Residential Services in Livonia, MI is looking to hire a Residential Remodeling Sales Representative responsible for explaining the APS Residential Services business profile/background and talking through the potential client's project with understanding, knowledge and options that will help them reach their ultimate result. This position earns a competitive, full commission salary of up to $250,000.00 per year with an unlimited maximum and periodic incentive programs. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL REMODELING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• 3+ years of experience in sales
• Ability to write and explain the estimate and process for all projects
• Experience in the residential construction and remodeling industry
• Experience providing comprehensive estimates using company-provided software
• Valid driver's license
