The Position: 910 Media Group is searching for a Creative Account Executive that will be able to cultivate and grow client relationships, focus on acquiring new customers and be accountable for exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas. You will collaborate with our sales, creative and production teams to effectively meet customer needs. You are a proven performer with a history of quota over-achievement experience and possess an expert- level understanding of using visuals to tell stories to engender an emotional connection and excitement.

This role requires a high degree of creativity and initiative. Requires self-directed management of daily work priorities and execution strategies aligned with the larger creative/production team. The ideal candidate is a persuasive storyteller, exemplifies creative vision with the ability to see the big picture across the entire organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting, to proposal generation and through closure
  • Develop concepts and ideas that build excitement along with generating a strong ROI.
  • Building relationships within all levels of an organization and proactively managing opportunities and communications with prospects, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in conferences/meetings/networking events to improve job knowledge and increase contact network.
  • Continuously improve operations, decrease downtime, streamline work processes and works cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Exhibit a genuine desire, passion and understanding of the creative process.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, including all types of content as well as the content distribution landscape and the advantages of different distribution strategies and platforms.
  • Proactive and action-oriented; sales hunter mentality and the ability to multi-task; follow up is critical, as is attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
