Full description of the position

We are looking for a Sales Manager to help us achieve our company goals and objectives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential customers and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a successful sales process.
• Identify target markets, develop sales strategies and plan promotional activities.
• Work with internal departments to ensure the sales process is running smoothly.
• Oversee the entire sales process from beginning to end.
• Ensure that all sales processes are in place and running smoothly.
• Oversee the training of new sales team members.
• Ensure that all sales processes are in place and running smoothly.
• Ensure that all marketing processes are in place and running smoothly.
• Ensure that all marketing initiatives are in place and running smoothly.

• Monitor the growth of OSS SPECIAL STEEL INC. by evaluating performance against growth targets, reviewing reports on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, customer acquisition goals, customer retention goals, client satisfaction, client retention, etc..

Skills & Requirements:
·Education: Bachelor’s degree required; High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or equivalent preferred (preferred) ·Previous experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role required ·Previous experience in a management role preferred ·Previous knowledge of ERP software required ·Previous knowledge of CRM software preferred ·Previous knowledge of Microsoft Office required ·Previous knowledge of CRM software preferred ·Previous knowledge of ERP software preferred ·Previous knowledge of CRM software required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,745.00 - $79,797.00 per year
