Technical Sales Position

Uncapped commissions +base pay

AccroSeal manufacturers engineered plastic components solutions for OEM’s in the Fluid Power, Aerospace and Pharmaceutical industries.

The Technical Sales position has unlimited potential for personal growth due to AccroSeal’s position in the market place and our consistent aggressive growth - 15% annually. You will succeed in this position if you are a driven professional with a hunter mentality.

Requirements:

· Proven sales experience

· Exceptional time managements skills

· Highly skilled at generating your own leads

· Bachelor’s degree

· Mechanical aptitude is required.

· Individuals will be expected to find, contact and penetrate new sales opportunities.

· Basic computer skills

Responsibilities:

· Identify, qualify and develop new customers using AccroSeal’s technical sales process.

· Work with customer engineering, purchasing and senior/executive management to find solutions and opportunities for AccroSeal.

· Up to 50% travel required.

High energy and self-motivation is essential to building an excellent new customer base on which commission is paid. This position has a base salary with an uncapped commission structure. Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
