Like what you hear so far? Here’s the nitty-gritty… This position location is at ProSource of Raleigh. You will be paid a competitive salary of $55,000-65,000 with a bonus potential to earn $100K+ per year. You will receive a benefits package that includes healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and maintain a winning and objectives-driven team of kitchen and bath designers.
- Support, mentor, and motivate your team so that they can reach their fullest productivity.
- Ensure that profitability goals for the department are consistently achieved and exceeded.
- Design and implement forward-thinking methods for increasing sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop new kitchen and bath designers.
- Understand your customers and select and display products that will sell the best in your area.
- Make sure all product is displayed and priced accurately.
- Learn and stay on top of the industry products, key home remodeling trends, and industry news.
- Plan and manage exciting showroom promotions and events.
You might be a great match if you have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of related sales management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinetry design
- Ability to write reports & business correspondence
- Experience with Profit and Loss statements
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data and to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Wholesale kitchen & bath design experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A general understanding of technology and the internet (using mobile devices, apps, and internet searches)
- Experience using 2020 design software is a plus
