Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outside sales and account management techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements to effectively promote our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
