We are looking for individuals with previous customer facing experience. You DO NOT necessarily need to have car sales experience but must have some type of Sales and Customer Service experience of at least 1 year. You must be able to follow directions and adhere to specific processes as set forth by the dealership and dealership management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle that best fits their needs
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the features and benefits of our products, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Follow-up with unsold customers via phone, text, and email.
• Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ and positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning the product
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
