B.Modelr is actively seeking a highly motivated and independent Business Planning and Analysis (BP&A) Specialist to join our team. As a BP&A Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing performance measures for clients that align with customer requirements and business goals, enabling data-driven decision-making and fostering continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique customer requirements, business goals, and strategic objectives.

Design and implement performance measures that effectively capture customer-centric metrics and align with key business goals and outcomes.

Conduct comprehensive analysis of performance data, leveraging statistical techniques and data visualization tools to extract meaningful insights.

Work closely with stakeholders to communicate performance results, interpret findings, and foster engagement and buy-in for continuous improvement initiatives.

Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of such measures, making adjustments as needed to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with evolving business needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business analysis, performance management, or related roles, with a focus on customer-centric performance measures.

Strong proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to extract insights and present findings effectively.

Solid understanding of performance measurement concepts, customer requirements, and their alignment with overall business objectives.

Ability to work independently and autonomously, managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality analysis within deadlines.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
