Koury Engineering and Testing, Inc. (Koury) has been providing construction inspection and testing services since 1992. It operates three full-service laboratories. Our main lab and headquarters is located in Chino, CA. We are licensed and approved as a geotechnical and construction materials testing agency.

The primary function for this position to acquire new business that contributes to the financial business objectives of Koury Engineering.

Our goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through increased sales, initiating and developing strong relationships with clients.

Role & Responsibility

• Acquire new business to support company growth
• Develop a deep network to sustain on-going business
• Conduct research to identify sector growth and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Coordinate with Project Admin on all project for successful submission
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Comply with communicated expectations
• Maintain and communicate all projects budgets in Book of Business
• Manage and support with collection of project funds
• Uphold a level of professional excellence

Business Development Manager Requirements:

• 5 Years+ of experience in sales management or business development, preferably in construction, with a consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
