Mattenga's Callaghan Location:

We're seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative responsible for promoting our brand, building relationships, and generating sales within the local business community. This role involves regular outreach to businesses, educational institutions, non-profits, and local organizations, offering food samples and fostering partnerships. The goal is to boost our restaurant's weekly sales and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Duties:

* Visit 20 to 25 local businesses, schools, churches, and non-profits to drop off food samples and extend restaurant invitations.
* Follow-up with prospective and past customers via phone calls and emails, inquiring about their lunch plans, and offering our food services.
* Collaborate with local professionals (realtors, mortgage officers, dentists, new movers, etc.) to cross-promote our services to their customer base through complimentary gift vouchers.

Weekly/Monthly Duties:

* Revisit organizations from previous engagements, nurturing relationships, and maintaining a positive brand presence.
* Evaluate outreach and sales data, tracking weekly sales growth and modifying strategies as needed for better performance.

Desired Outcomes:

* Consistent growth in weekly restaurant sales.
* Building and maintaining productive relationships with local organizations and professionals.
* Increase in customer base and brand loyalty through regular follow-ups and successful partnership deals.

Additional Responsibilities:

In addition to the primary duties, the Sales Representative will be required to provide a weekly activity report. This includes:

* A comprehensive list of all organizations visited during the week.
* Detailed tracking of sales generated from these engagements.
* Highlights and notable interactions from the week's outreach efforts.

This data-driven approach will assist in evaluating performance, identifying opportunities, and formulating strategic sales initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
