Position Details: Servicing inbound & outbound calls from potential clients. Explanation detailing our legal services as well as providing information pertaining to the firm and its ownership. Scheduling consultations to see if our potential client’s case qualifies in our office. This position allocates a salary, bonuses based on performance, and full benefits such as medical, dental & vision. We believe that first year employees can achieve an annual income from $40,000.00 to $70,000.00 because of monthly, performance based, incentive, with much room for future growth. We provide a 2-week paid training, so we may fully prepare our new hires for success with Your Insurance Attorney. (Night Shift Wage Differential Applicable)

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound/outbound calls, chats & contact forms from leads responding to the Firm’s marketing & establish relationship with potential clients.
• Immediately contact every potential lead that has contacted the Firm via social media or through other marketing medians
• Coordinate, schedule, calendar and confirm initial onsite visit & inspections
• Ability to make 100-200 calls a day and overcome objections
• Ensure that every lead or referral is properly documented in the Firm’s case management system
• Update logs and reporting systems to reflect status of all potential new clients
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, communication, or other legal (preferred)
• Ambitious sales minded with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective customers.
• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively in a sales environment.
• Strong negotiation skills, deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be coachable and willing to learn and execute on necessary communication/behavior changes.
• Ability to deliver a full pitch (training provided)
• General understanding in property, auto and health insurance and laws (preferred)
• Must be competent and proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and G-Suite programs
• Possess excellent listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills.
• Must speak Spanish
