Lead Customer Account Manager

Fulfillment Specialists of Wisconsin (FSWI) is a full service 3rd party logistics company providing warehousing, pick/pack and kitting/packaging operations for iconic local and national brands. Your role as a Lead Customer Account Manager is to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers while supporting the team of customer account managers in their day to day roles. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing order files as they come in from our customers, organize them and make them available for the production team to fulfill in a timely and efficient manner, managing stock moves and inventory levels and reporting on key sales and productivity metrics to internal stakeholders. To succeed in this role, an individual must maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and employees alike at all times. Skills

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Solid experience with software (e.g. Warehouse Management Systems or ERP Systems, Shipping Software's) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• AA/BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $57,500.00 per year
