JOB DESCRIPTION – CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES
REPRESENTATIVE
SUMMARY
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, your job is to provide excellent customer service to our policyholders, agents, and potential customers. You'll be responsible for answering calls, emails, and chats, providing policy information, processing claims, and resolving customer issues. We're looking for someone with strong communication and organizational skills, who can work independently or as part of a team. Previous customer service experience is a plus, and we offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
CORE JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, helping them with their insurance inquiries and needs. Here are some of the core duties you'll be tackling:
Answering customer inquiries: You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, email, or chat, answering questions and providing policy information.
Processing claims: You'll help customers navigate the claims process, from filing a claim to getting it resolved.
Policy changes: You'll help customers make changes to their policies, such as adding a new driver or updating their coverage.
Resolving customer issues: If a customer has an issue, you'll work to resolve it quickly and professionally, making sure they're satisfied with the outcome.
Maintaining accurate records: You'll keep detailed records of customer interactions, claims, and policy changes.
Become licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life, Accident and Health.
