We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Broker to manage our Little Rock office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate law and possess excellent organizational skills.

Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate business
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Agent Trainings

- Strong understanding of real estate laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate management
- Held an Arkansas Real Estate license for at least the last 4 years
