Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive business growth in our manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and development of new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.

- Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and presenting our products and services as valuable solutions.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Collaborate with management, customer service and marketing teams to develop comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Understand customer’s unique challenges, requirements, and goals, and communicate internally to address their concerns in timely manner.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise, and exceptional customer service.

- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, quotes, orders and communication in ERP and CRM.

- Prepare, deliver and follow up on quotations.

- Work closely with engineering team to provide market feedback, identify product enhancements and support new product introduction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities that support business development efforts.

- Visiting new and potential customers – 20%

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business.

- Min 3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in ERP, CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business development tools.

- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
