New England Tool Corporation is located in Manchester, CT. We provide industry-leading CNC machinery & accessories to manufacturers. We are a full-service dealership and technology center with over 20 years of experience.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with customers and prospects.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert on Swiss machining processes, work & tool holding and machine tooling to customers, the internal customer service team and the marketing team.
• Respond to customer requests for product information, evaluating their requirements and providing recommendations to fit their needs.
• Attend trade shows as required.

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate has Swiss machining tool industry background (candidates with similar or relevant experience may be considered).
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in technical sales or equivalent experience; and 2 years in Swiss CNC machinery.
• Must continuously remain knowledgeable in latest Swiss CNC machining tool developments at customers and competition.
• Must be able to priorities multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
