Full description of the position

DUTIES:

-Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments

-Greet customers in friendly manner and help with any questions

-Price and quote any required service and tire needs for customer

-Create repair orders and work with Shop manager to schedule

-quote tire sales

REQUIREMENTS:

-2 years Experience in Automotive field

-Knowledge of Automotive Repair

-Willing to assist in shop during busy times-oil changes/Tires/etc

-Willingness to participate in online training and outside training on tire sales

-Excellent communication skills

-Spanish Speaking a Plus
