**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Fit Specialist to join our team. The Fit Specialist plays a crucial role in our mission to create an exceptional customer experience. Your main responsibility will be to help our customers identify the Harley-Davidson motorcycle that suits their body type, riding style, and personal preferences perfectly.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist customers in finding the Harley-Davidson motorcycle that fits them best based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Educate customers on various models, features, and benefits to aid in their decision-making process.
• Conduct fitting sessions to ensure the right fit and comfort of the motorcycle for the customer.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market trends.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the motorcycle industry or a related field.
• Knowledge of Harley-Davidson products is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and deliver superior customer service.
• Passionate about motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidson.
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in sales or related field is a plus.
