PROFILE

As the Jacques Marie Mage Sales Associate, you are a reflection of the brand at the highest level of direct client engagement. The aim is to create an escape from the mundane and welcome clients into the unique and intentional world of Jacques Marie Mage. Through the delivery of the client experience and storytelling you will ensure each client leaves our Galleries in awe remembering the way we made them feel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Achieve sales targets through consistent delivery of the Client Experience

- Storytell to submerge the client into the unique and intentional world of JMM

- Act with intention to go above and beyond to deliver the best client experience

- Develop a client book to maintain a loyal client base and long lasting impressions

o Aim to deliver >20% appointment generated sales mix

- Adhere to Policy and Procedures

OPTICAL EXCELLENCE

- Work directly with clients going above and beyond ensuring all their needs are met

- Execute flawless accuracy in taking and record measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear

- Help clients choose the best frames and lenses based on their prescription needs
