Description:

East Coast Yacht Sales is a Maine-based company looking for an addition to their after sales team as an After Sales Manager. This is a full time, 9-5 M-F position and will be working with various other after sales team members to facilitate the ultimate customer service experience for ECYS’ clients.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all new boats prior to owner taking delivery
• Assist in owner orientations
• Track and Facilitate the resolutions of warranty items that may arise
• Communicate with owners, outside contractors, and boatyards to ensure solutions are on time
• Communicate with the manufacturers to submit warranty quotes, track progress, and payment upon resolution
• Establish and maintain a parts inventory
• Take specialty parts orders from customers, track progress of orders and ship to client once arrived

Desired Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Excellent working knowledge of boats and systems
• Minimum 3 years in marine industry
