Northeast Ohio's newest Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealer is seeking a motivated and professional Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients while helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a timely and professional manner
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and help them find the right vehicle
• Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
• Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating terms, preparing sales contracts, and coordinating delivery of vehicles
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and competitive offerings
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and goals
• Participate in dealership and manufacturer training and meetings
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Requirements:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
