A specialty Recruiting & HR services firm passionate about consistently delivering exceptional service to our clients and employees is looking for an experienced Recruiter / Account Manager to join our growing team.

Position: Recruiter / Account Manager
Location: Auburn, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, overtime as needed.
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 (DOE) + Bonuses
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Generous PTO, 401(k) with company match
Employment Type: Full, Salary Non-Exempt

Position Summary:
As a Recruiter / Account Manager you will be responsible for generating new business, onboarding new clients, strategizing and creating recruitment plans for clients with high volume needs, and matching job seekers to the right opportunity.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 2+ years of high volume recruiting experience
• 3+ years experience in account management or sales experience
• Strong and effective problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates innovation, flexibility, and creativity in sales & recruiting efforts
• Successful track record of designing and executing sourcing strategies
• Experience maintaining a strong pipeline of high potential clients / candidates
• Ability to multi-task and manage your workload in a rapidly changing environment
• Possess strong skills in judgment, reasoning ability, and root-cause problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
