Insurance Benefits of America is looking for full-time Medicare agents to join our team in Oakland Park, FL. This is a great opportunity for the right candidates, as we offer a competitive salary plus commissions and opportunities for advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming warm transfers and match the client with the best available Medicare Advantage Plan
• Effectively sell and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Accurately disposition calls
• Ability to work Mon-Fri 10am-6pm and Saturdays during Open Enrollment

Benefits:

• $25/hr + Commission
• Weekly direct deposit payments

Requirements:

• 2-15 or 2-40 License
• No Medicare Advantage Appointments
• Must have your release letters

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Oakland Park, FL 33334: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Medicare: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Insurance Producer License (Required)
