Jubitz is looking to add a Customer Service Account Specialist to our Fleet Services Division in Portland! The anticipated schedule is Monday - Friday. This person will provide customer service by email and phone to current and potential customers. No cold calling required.

• Wage: $17 - $19/hourly
• Work Status: FT

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or sales experience in related or unrelated field; telephone service experience preferred.

• Must have excellent language and writing skills.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with pleasant phone demeanor.
• Ability to negotiate to a win/win situation with clients.
• Ability to respond to the needs of many people, both internal and external customers.
• Ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented tasks.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Additional Notes

This position functions primarily in a business office setting and the employee may be required to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time, operate a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The company operates out of several buildings spread across a multi-acre campus. Ability to travel between buildings is necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
